Dear Maples Families, I hope you are enjoying your first two weeks of your summer break. I am writing with news to share with you – the most amazing parent group.
An opportunity became available where I was offered the job of Director of School Improvement/Leadership Coaching position in Dearborn public Schools and I have decided to accept the promotion to this new position where I can serve students across the district. This has been the most emotional process in making this move; however I believe it is the right decision in my professional career.
I am honored and feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with you and your children over the past six years. It was an experience filled with enthusiasm, positive outcomes, and wonderful memories that I have made with the parents students and staff. Above all, THANK YOU for entrusting me with your children. I will cherish the relationships I have fostered during my time here and Maples will always be a special place for me.
I find it very hard to start my new position without saying goodbye to the students whom I have become so attached to over the years. I have learned so much about them and from them that they hold a special place in my heart. I will truly miss my daily one on one conversations. Please give them a big hug for me. I Have been working hard to make sure everything is in place for the new administrator at Maples. You and I know that we have a wonderful group of talented staff at Maples that will maintain the work we established as a team. Please continue to support them as this is the most important factor that contributes to the success of the school.

أكتب رسالتي هذه لأشارككم بخبر قرارلم يكن من السّهل علي اتخاذه. كيف لا وأنا وجدت فيكم اجمل صفات التعاون والدّعم لي ولمدرستنا.
لقد أُتيحت لي فرصة حيث عرضت علي وظيفة مديرة خطة تحسين المدرسة والتدريب على نطاق مدارس ديربورن الرسمية وقررت قبول هذة الترقية إلى هذا المنصب الجديد حيث يمكنني أن اعمل لخدمة الطلاب في جميع المدارس. كان قراراً صعباً جدّاً. ولكن أعتقد أنه القرار الصحيح في حياتي المهنية.
يشرفني وأشعرأنني محظوظة جدا لعملي معكم ومع أطفالكم على مدى السنوات الست الماضية. كانت تجربة مليئة بالحماس والنتائج الإيجابية، والذكريات الرائعة مع الطلاب وأولياء الأمور والموظفين. قبل كل شيء شكراً لكم لثقتكتم بي مع أطفالكم وسوف أعتز بالعلاقات التي بنيتها خلال فترة وجودي هنا. سوف أفتقد للطلاب كثيراٍ لشدة تعلقي بهم.
لقد تم العمل بجد للتأكد من أن كل شيء جاهز للتحضير للعام الدراسي الجديد. نعرف أن لدينا مجموعة رائعة من الموظفين الموهوبين في ميبلز التي ستحافظ على التحصيل العلمي لأولادكم دائماً. الرجاء الاستمرار في تقديم الدعم لهم لأن دعمكم هومن أهم العوامل التي تساهم في نجاح المدرسة..
تقبلوا خالص شكري وتقديري حيث أبدأ في تجربة جديدة.
