Hi Wonderful Parents!
Students between the ages of 9 and 12 (born in 2002-2005) have the opportunity to go to overnight camp in Kentucky this summer courtesy of Tim Horton’s. The students must be fluent in English and the food is not Halal. Students must be eligible to receive free lunch. There are still spots for 2 female students for 6/25-7/4 and the rest of the students will attend 7/7-7/16.
We need students and parents who will follow through and definitely attend. They will be flown to Kentucky so they must have the required documents to fly. The franchise owner who brought this to us also said if they have need for camp clothing, they will be assisted with that.
The applications are to be completed by school staff assisted by the parent. Please see attached information. The deadline is the 6th. Let me know if you would like your child to participate. If they apply, they are very, very, very likely to get in. The only way they won’t is if they don’t qualify.
