Maples staff is reaching out to our families to fund the purchase of headphones for every student. These headsets will be used during daily instruction in the classrooms by your child and will be labeled with your child’s name. If you wish to have a personal headset for your child/ren, please use the form below to order them. Please use one order form for each student.
