Congratulations to the Maples community and Dearborn Schools!
Maples has been named National Distinguished Title I School.
This award is an honor as only 2 schools in each state are named each year. Maples was actually the top school in both categories,closing the achievement gap between the highest and lowest performing students and for working with special populations of students.
Mrs. Jakubik and some of the staff will attend a conference in January in Kansas City, MO to receive the award.
