Dear parents,

If you wish to volunteer or chaperone on field trips, you need to have ICheck clearance at least a week earlier than the date of the trip.  If you have not filled one out yet, please stop by the office.
Important Note: You do not need to fill out the volunteer form yearly. The form will be effective for three years.

اذا كنتم ترغبون بمرافقة أولادكم في الرحلات المدرسية ومساعدة المعلمة بمراقبة الطلاب, عليكم ملئ طلب في مكتب المدرسة قبل موعد لرحلة باسبوع على الأقل. اذا لم يتسنى لكم ملء طلب من هذه الطلبات بعد, الرجاء التوقف في مكتب المدرسة في أسرع وقت ممكن

ملاحظة: مدة خدمة هذه الطلبات هي ثلاثة أعوام لهذا لا يجب عليكم ملء هذه الطلبات سنوياً
