Phase 2 (Years five to 10)
- Major renovations to classrooms, media center, gym, and hallways
- Upgrades to cafeteria and kitchen
- Site improvements including parking, playgrounds, etc.
- Major mechanical replacement of steam pipe system
- New HVAC work including air conditioning
- Building enclosure including slate roof, windows, doors
- Major electrical replacement
- Major plumbing replacement
- Elevator replacement
