Field Trip season is fast approaching and grade levels are going on different field trips. If you would like to accompany your children on any field trip , you need to fill out a ” Volunteers and Chaperones Criminal History Conviction Form” as soon as possible and bring it to the office with your driver’s license. You can either click on the link to print the form and fill it out at home, or you can stop by at the school’s office and fill it out at school. If you have children in different Dearborn Public Schools, you do not need to fill out a form for each child. You will fill out only one form. These forms will last three years from the day they were approved.
